With more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of energy systems, real estate performance, and the built environment, Greg has built and scaled ventures in engineering, automation, and infrastructure innovation. Trained as a Computer and Electrical Engineer, he approaches growth as a systems problem — one that requires structure, alignment, and long-term governance.

He architected EnergyHUB 360’s global alliance model, including its strategic partnership with Verdigris Technologies, positioning the company as an operating partner rather than a traditional reseller. His work centers on connecting technology innovation with measurable asset performance.

With more than 30 years of experience in business strategy, leadership development, and performance alignment, she oversees the company’s operating discipline, lifecycle governance, and adoption cadence. She leads the 360 Business Coaching Program, equipping technology partners and reseller organizations with consultative sales mastery, structured operating rhythm, and long-term client success frameworks.

She integrates behavioral assessments, team alignment systems, and high-performance coaching into the ecosystem — developing leaders and delivery teams who execute with clarity, accountability, and shared purpose.
